It’s powerful what can be achieved armed with a quote. Reflecting back to the beginning of 2022 we were all searching for a way to rebound in the aftermath of the pandemic, this quote seemed very appropriate for Red Careers at the time.
Engaging the right mindset, together with determination to make our 20th year anniversary significant, gave us a definitive ‘start’ point. We were able to find a new direction, freshen up and remind ourselves that we are ‘good at this’ as we faced challenging recruitment predictions ahead.
Despite many hurdles, it has led us to an incredibly positive year of expansion and achievements.

Project Red is expanding globally
From remote rural locations in the UK through Europe and beyond, we have been fortunate to work on larger recruitment projects this year with some inspiring new clients. Our partnership service combined with our industry experience has propelled our ability to provide an effective talent acquisition service overseas as well as the UK; overcoming visa challenges, relocation and new job role territory. We’ve had great fun expanding our knowledge and virtually supporting businesses whilst traveling the globe from our office!
Leisure and Aesthetics vacancies on an increase
Adapting to change by developing partnerships and projects we have increasingly been asked to find other service related positions. Consequently 2022 has seen us expand our business to include leisure positions alongside hair and beauty, and deliver more niche positions in the Aesthetics sector. Moving forward, we are excited to share that these sectors will be staying, with a focus to develop, enabling us to broaden our support for your business.
Together with our refreshed website and the understanding that our present circumstances don’t determine where we go but where we start, we are looking forward to confidently stepping into 2023 continuing to provide recruitment support at the next level.
